Online registrations are now open. To proceed with your registration please click on the 'Register Now' button.

Pre-registration ends on November 30th, 2009.

Early registration ends on February 28th, 2010.

To receive the registration rate that applies at the time of registering you must fully pay for that registration before the deadline expires. If this does not occur then the next applicable registration fee will be charged.

Registration fees are listed below:

Registered delegates are entitled to attend all scientific sessions, receive all official congress documents, access to exhibitions, attend the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, Closing Ceremony, Gala dinner and receive 3 luncheon vouchers and coffee during the congress.

Registered accompanying persons (not attending the scientific program) are entitled to access to exhibitions, attend the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, Closing Ceremony, Gala dinner and coffee during the congress and one half-day sightseeing tour.

One-day registrations DO NOT include entry to any of the social functions or the half-day sightseeing tour.

Please note that above costs include VAT.

If you have been invited to participate in this congress as a speaker, please select the 'Invited speaker' option on the registration form. Please note that you must have proof of your speaker status to register in this category.

Online registrations will close on May 10^th, 2010. After this time registrations will be accepted at the registration desk at the Congress.

Cancellations, refunds and insurance

The Organising Company accepts cancellations only in writing. Please include your bank address and account number. Cancellation received prior to 28th February will receive a full refund less a 30 EUR administration charge. Cancellations received after that date will not receive refunds unless exceptional circumstances prevail. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but please advise the Organising Company of any name changes.

Cancellation charges on accommodation are applicable as follows:

Before 28^th February, 2010 – No cancellation charge
1st March – 15^th April, 2010 – First night accommodation will be charged
After 16^th April, 2010 – 100% cancellation fee will apply

The participants acknowledge that he or she has no rights to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by vis major, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes. With registration, the participants accept this provisio.

In the event that the conference is cancelled by the organisers or by any reason of any factor outside the control of the organisers the conference cannot take place; the amount of the registration fee shall be refunded. The liability of the Organisers shall be limited to that refund and neither shall be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, however caused, incurred or arising. In particular, the organisers shall not be liable to refund any travel or hotel costs incurred by delegates or their organisations. It follows that delegates and accompanying partners are advised to take out comprehensive insurance, including travel insurance.

Disclaimer

The Organising Company can not accept any liability for death, injury, any loss, cost or expense suffered by any person (including accompanying persons or partners or attendant caregivers), if such loss is caused or results from the act, default or omission of any person other than an employee or agent of the organisers. In particular the Organising Company can not accept any liability for losses arising from the provision or non-provision of services provided by hotel companies or transport operators. Nor can the Organising Company accept liability for losses suffered by reason of war including threat of war, riots and civil strife, terrorist activity, natural disasters, weather, fire, flood, drought, technical, mechanical or electrical breakdown within any premises visited by delegates and / or partners in connection with the Conference, nor losses suffered by reason of industrial disputes, governmental action, registrations or technical problems which may affect the services provided in connection with the Conference. The Organising Company is not able to give any warranty that any particular will appear as a speaker or panelist
